Michael Plater Findlay
Michael brings years of experience in deeply understanding the challenges of large organizations and small businesses to serve Dialectic’s growing list of clients. Through his practical knowledge of marketing, advertising, and consumer science, Michael has gained deep insights into what motivates an audience and how to use those insights to create actionable, relevant tactics. A creative problem solver, Michael takes a design thinking approach to projects in iterating until finding the right solution. With a BSc in Biological Sciences (University of Guelph), business management training from the Smith School at Queen’s University, and design training from George Brown College and IDEO U, Michael brings a unique perspective to working with Dialectic’s diverse clients.
